Welcome to Spirit Week at the studio! Each class gets its own high school–inspired theme, so grab your school spirit (and maybe a plaid skirt) and join the fun. Bonus points if you dress on theme! Bring your friends, family – guests are welcome and classes are FREE for guests that have never tried a class with us before!
6:00-7:30 PM
Ages 14+
Once a dancer, always a dancer. This special reunion class is for anyone who’s ever taken ballet—or danced with Oklahoma City Ballet in any way—to come back, stretch those muscles, and reconnect with old friends. Think of it like your high school reunion, but with fewer awkward name tags and way more pliés. We’ll dance together, share memories, and catch up on where life has taken us!
7:30-8:30 PM
Ages 16+
Forget dodgeball—this is the gym class you actually want to show up for. Cardio Dance is all about breaking a sweat while dancing it out to high-energy music. Think recess meets dance party: nonstop movement, big smiles, and zero judgment. You’ll torch calories, boost stamina, and maybe even earn the coveted “Most Likely to Crush It on the Dance Floor” superlative.
Bonus points if you wear your best retro gym shorts, tube socks, or headbands to really lean into that P.E. vibe.
6:30-8:00 PM
Ages 14+
School spirit never looked this fierce! In Jazz class, we’re bringing pep rally energy with sharp moves, big leaps, and plenty of attitude. Think halftime show meets Broadway star—because jazz is all about showmanship. You’ll learn choreography that makes you feel like the most popular kid in school (without actually having to run for Homecoming Court). Bring your energy, bring your sass, and bring your best jazz hands—because this class is basically extra credit in cool.
Bonus points if you show up in school colors or cheer gear to keep the pep rally vibes alive.
6:30-8:00 PM
Ages 18+
Looks like someone’s been a little naughty and now you’ve landed yourself in after-school detention. Don’t worry, this kind of punishment is actually a reward. In this heels class, you’ll learn spicy, jazz-based choreography that’s all about confidence, power, and a little sass. Channel your inner troublemaker and strut like the star of your own music video.
Bonus points if you show up rocking plaid or a school uniform—because nothing says “Spirit Week rebel” like breaking the rules in style.

Ages 14+
Welcome to Ballet 101, where we’re cracking open the textbook on ballet fundamentals. Think of this class as your required reading before you can ace the upper-level courses. We’ll cover the absolute basics—posture, positions, and how to make pliés look way cooler than cafeteria lunch. No pop quiz, just a solid foundation to prepare you for more advanced studies down the line. Show up, take notes with your feet, and you’ll be top of the ballet class in no time.
Extra credit if you wear your best “school uniform chic” to stay in the Spirit Week mood.
5:00-6:30 PM
Ages 14+
Click, clack—better move fast before the hall monitor catches you! In Tap, you’ll learn rhythms and footwork that sound like you’re sneaking down the hallway with the ultimate hall pass. This class is all about making music with your feet, from crisp shuffles to flashy time steps, so you can show off like the star student of rhythm. No detention here—just extra credit for style points.
Bonus points if you wear your best preppy cardigan or letterman jacket to really sell the hallway cool-kid vibe.
12:00-1:30 PM
Ages 14+
Calling all drama kings, queens, and theater kids at heart—this is your time to shine under the stage lights. In Musical Theater, we’ll blend jazz technique with storytelling flair so you can sing (in your head), dance, and act like you’re auditioning for the spring musical. Expect big expressions, Broadway-worthy moves, and a little razzle-dazzle to keep the cafeteria gossip alive.
Bonus points if you show up in sequins, feather boas, or anything that screams lead role energy.

Live your Nutcracker fantasy as you learn the iconic “Snow” scene from The Nutcracker. Class will include a barre warm up followed by learning choreography. Finish up with some snacks and a photo op! Wear your flat ballet shoes or pointe shoes.
The Vibe: No longer an understudy, your ballet technique is ready for the stage! Wear your favorite ballet ensemble – maybe even a tutu? Tiaras also encouraged.

Dust off those jazz shoes or character heels -5,6,7,8- it’s time to channel your inner Rockette! Learn a high energy, festive musical theater style jazz routine worthy of a “spectacular” Christmas. Afterward, enjoy some snacks and pose for pics in front of our NYC backdrop.
The Vibe: You live in a cute walk up in Brooklyn; you are hopping on the subway headed to Radio City Music Hall for rehearsal. Pack your dance bag with fishnets and sequins - and maybe some Big Apple Red lipstick. We will provide the snacks and photo ops.

Maintain your ballet basics and explore your own technique pathway with this fun-for-all-levels class. This class is designed to be beneficial to a variety of technique levels--a “choose your own adventure” experience that will be accessible, fun, and challenging.
The Vibe: The Holidays are fast approaching, but it’s still the perfect season to make time for yourself and manage your stress while working on your ballet technique.
What to Wear: Live your ballet-core fantasy: leotard, tights, and legwarmers, maybe a wrap sweater. OR leggings, shorts, and a t-shirt; whatever you like to move in. Ballet shoes or socks recommended. Don’t forget your leg warmers and warm ups--baby, it’s cold outside!

This upbeat jazz class celebrates all your favorite holiday hits--you know, the songs you belt in the car by yourself between sips of a Peppermint Mocha. From “that song” by Mariah Carey to Santa Baby as featured in “Mean Girls,” this class will leave you sweaty and filled with holiday cheer!

Whether you're brand new or a seasoned dancer, this class is open to all experience levels, ages 16 and up. Come ready to move, connect, and have fun!

Love musicals? This class is your chance to dance like you’re in one! We’ll groove to show tunes, learn fun Broadway-inspired combos, and play with character and storytelling through movement. No experience (or singing voice!) required—just bring your inner drama and be ready to have a blast. Perfect for anyone who wants to add a little theater magic to their week.
The Vibe: You belt Les Mis in the shower and tell everyone about the genius or Jukebox musicals –and this class will give you the dancing chops to match!
What to Wear: Jazz shoes, character heels, fishnets, leggings; really “Anything Goes”!
WEDNESDAYS (December 3, 10)

Release your inner diva in this spicy class! Jazz technique and the latest trends in music, movement, and style combine in this sultry dance experience.
Ages 18+ The spice level on this class is too hot for high school!
The Vibe: Auditions for the Beyoncé tour.
What to Wear: Color, sequins, sparkles, and fashion are welcome. Maybe those shorts that are potentially too short. Make sure you can kick, drop it, and get on the floor with ease. Dance Heels or any shoe that makes you feel amazing is suggested. Please, no stilettoes for the safety of both you and our dance floor!
