Rachel Kundzins

Rachel Kundzins, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, started her dance training at The East Coast Dance Academy and Maritime Conservatory. At the age of 13 she moved with her family to train at The Nutmeg Conservatory, expanding her classical repertoire under the direction of Victoria Mazzarelli. From there she continued her training at The Alberta Ballet School studying under Murray Kilgore and Janet Tait.

After attending Oklahoma City Ballet’s Summer intensive in 2022, Rachel joined the second company, OKCB II. In 2024, Rachel was promoted to apprentice with the company. Her favorite repertoire includes works from Racheal Nye, Ryan Jolicoeur-Nye, Maria Konrad, Serkan Usta, Marius Petipa, George Balanchine, Kirk Peterson, Edmund Stripe, and Victoria Mazzarelli.
