TICKET DONATION REQUESTS

Oklahoma City Ballet donates tickets to select local fundraising and charitable events as a part of our commitment to the community. Due to the number of requests received, we review requests on a case-by-case basis. Up to four tickets are available to each requesting agency annually. Tickets are distributed via voucher that is ONLY redeemable online on a first-come, first-served basis, based upon availability.* Each voucher has individual redemption instructions. We don’t guarantee a specific show, but generally offer performances close to your event.

*Tickets to high-demand shows may not be available as part of our giving program.

TICKET DISCLAIMERS

All tickets purchased from Oklahoma City Ballet will be charged a fee of $3 per ticket. Discount ticket offers can only be purchased by calling the Oklahoma City Ballet Ticket Office. Tickets purchased online or at the Civic Center Music Hall Box Office will be charged a separate handling fee. Purchases made online or through the Civic Center Music Hall Box Office cannot be exchanged at the Oklahoma City Ballet Ticket Office.

If you are purchasing or picking up tickets at the Civic Center Music Hall, please allow at least 45 minutes. The theatre lobby opens one hour prior to the performance and ticket holders are allowed to take their seats 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Out of respect for the audience, latecomers will be seated in the nearest available seat by the facility staff. Latecomers can then take their ticketed seats at the first intermission.

All persons entering the theatre must have a ticket, including babies or children sitting on a parent or guardian’s lap. These tickets are sold at the full children’s price. Performances are recommended for children age four and above. Any child attending should be able to sit quietly through a performance. If a child becomes disruptive during a performance, it is at the discretion of the facility staff to ask the child and accompanying adults to leave the auditorium. No refund of tickets will be made.

The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited. All noise-making electronic devices should be turned off or silenced during performances. As a courtesy to others, the use of a mobile device while in the theatre is also not allowed.
