Ensure you have valid tickets by purchasing directly from Oklahoma City Ballet or the OKC Civic Center Music Hall. This is the only way to guarantee authenticity. Our highest base ticket price is $128, and fees should never exceed $9 per ticket.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

For wheelchair/accessible seating, aisle seating, or other requests, please contact the Oklahoma City Ballet Box Office at 848-TOES (8637). Special request seats are subject to availability.

REDEEMING VOUCHERS

If you have a voucher for tickets, please bring it to the Oklahoma City Ballet Box Office and redeem it for tickets. Vouchers may not be redeemed by the Civic Center Music Hall.

SEATING

Seating is assigned by date of payment. Performances are held at the Civic Center Music Hall and at the Susan E. Brackett Dance Center. 

STUDENT 'RUSH' DISCOUNT

College and high school students may purchase tickets at the Civic Center Music Hall Box Office beginning one hour prior to a performance. A valid student ID must be presented to use this discount. One ticket per valid ID.

MILITARY DISCOUNT

To thank the men and women who serve in our military, we offer a military ticket discount. Please be prepared to show a valid military ID.

GROUP DISCOUNT

Groups of 10 or more qualify for 20% off tickets. Fill out the form below to submit your group ticket request, and our box office will be in touch. 

TICKET DONATION REQUESTS

Oklahoma City Ballet is proud to support local fundraising and charitable events by donating tickets. We review requests on a case-by-case basis due to the high number of requests received.

  • Ticket Allocation: Each requesting agency can receive up to four tickets annually.
  • Voucher Redemption: Tickets are provided via voucher, which can only be redeemed online on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.*
  • Redemption Instructions: Each voucher comes with individual redemption instructions.
  • Performance Availability: While we cannot guarantee tickets for specific shows, we generally offer performances close to your event date.

*Please note: Tickets to high-demand shows may not be available through our giving program.

HOW TO REQUEST TICKET DONATIONS

To request a ticket donation, please mail a request letter to our office. Allow at least 10 business days for processing. Email requests are not accepted. Include the following details in your letter:

  • Date, time, and purpose of the fundraising event or activity
  • Mission and purpose of your organization
  • A copy of your 501(c)(3) or other non-profit designation documents
  • A return address for sending your ticket voucher

TICKET DISCLAIMERS

Ticket Purchase Information:

  • All tickets purchased from Oklahoma City Ballet have a $4 fee per ticket.
  • Discount tickets can only be purchased by calling the Oklahoma City Ballet Ticket Office.
  • Tickets bought online or at the Civic Center Music Hall Box Office will have a separate handling fee and cannot be exchanged at the Oklahoma City Ballet Ticket Office.
  • Oklahoma City Ballet does not offer discounts or group rates to ticket brokers or resellers. We encourage patrons to purchase tickets directly from our website or the Civic Center's to ensure fair access and to support the arts in our community.

Picking Up Tickets:

  • If you are picking up tickets at the Civic Center Music Hall, please allow at least 45 minutes.
  • The theatre lobby opens one hour before the performance, and ticket holders can take their seats 30 minutes before the start.
  • Latecomers will be seated in the nearest available seat by facility staff and can move to their ticketed seats at the first intermission.

Theatre Policies:

  • Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket, including infants and children sitting on laps. These tickets are sold at the full children's price.
  • Performances are recommended for children aged four and above, who can sit quietly through the show.
  • If a child becomes disruptive, facility staff may ask the child and accompanying adults to leave the auditorium. No ticket refunds will be made.

Electronic Devices:

  • The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited.
  • All noise-making electronic devices should be turned off or silenced during performances.
  • Using a mobile device in the theatre is not allowed as a courtesy to others.

Additional Information:

  • Senior citizens are 60 and older.
  • A group is considered 10 or more people.
