Rachel Kundzins, a native of Halifax, Nova Scotia, began her dance training at the East Coast Dance Academy and the Maritime Conservatory. At age 13, she relocated with her family to continue her studies at the Nutmeg Conservatory, where she expanded her classical repertoire under the direction of Victoria Mazzarelli. She later trained at the Alberta Ballet School under the guidance of Murray Kilgore and Janet Tait.

Following her participation in Oklahoma City Ballet’s Summer Intensive in 2022, Rachel joined Oklahoma City Ballet II. She was promoted to Apprentice in 2024 and will begin her first season as a member of the Corps de Ballet in the fall of 2026.

Rachel is deeply grateful for the opportunities she has had to perform and choreograph with Oklahoma City Ballet. She has treasured every moment spent in the studio and on stage, particularly in productions such as Swan Lake and Giselle. As she begins her first season as a member of the Corps de Ballet, Rachel looks forward to continuing her artistic growth and bringing future repertoire to life for audiences.
