The Nutcracker: Short & Sweet

Artistic Director Robert Mills’ beautiful staging of Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker will warm your heart and fill you and yours with the spirit of the holidays. This year’s production will be shortened to one act, but will still include all of the favorite characters from the dancing snowflakes to the Kingdom of Sweets.
This Short & Sweet version is a great opportunity to introduce little ones or any ballet newcomers to live performance.
Our base ticket prices are as follows (please remember that per-ticket fees differ on how you order your tickets):
- Orchestra Center and Orchestra Level Boxes: $90
- Orchestra Left and Right: $85
- Upper Orchestra: $75
- Grand Tier and Boxes: $67
- Mezzanine and Boxes: $57
- Lower Balcony: $40
- Upper Balcony: $30
The show will go on for Oklahoma City Ballet, yet we will closely follow the rules set forth by the Civic Center Music Hall. If you are attending The Nutcracker: Short & Sweet, please be aware of the COVID-19 safety protocol. Also follow Oklahoma City Ballet on social media for updates.
If you have a party of four (4) or more, please expect to be split into two (2) or more groups. Since we don’t know if your party consists of different households, we have to do our part in keeping groups socially distanced.
Expect to have two seats between you and other parties.
If you have Box Seats, you can expect to stay in the box unless it is already full.
No paper tickets
Expect to have digital delivery of your tickets via email. Please download the tickets to your smartphone and use it at the theater. Tickets printed at home will not be accepted by the Civic Center. If you do not have email, or wish to forgo digital delivery, please contact the Oklahoma City Ballet Box Office and we will provide tickets to you at the Will Call line at the Civic Center.
No printed programs
To ensure safety of our guests and to save vital funds this year, Oklahoma City Ballet will not print a booklet program like past years, but we will provide a QR code instead. The QR code can be scanned with a smartphone and guide you to our website, where we will have casting lists and links to dancer biographies
