DANCE DAY AT OKC BALLET
Dance Day at OKC Ballet is a celebration of all forms of dance.
The event takes place in Oklahoma City Ballet’s iconic Susan E. Brackett Dance Center.
All ages are welcome to attend this FREE event, made possible with a grant from OK Let's Dance, an Initiative of Kirkpatrick Family Fund.
Dance Day will be fun and casual, allowing guests to pop-in to watch performances and participate in classes at their leisure.

DANCE DAY SCHEDULE
CLASSES:
9:00 – 10:00am
Family Dance Class
A fun, follow-along warm up class for all ages!
Golden Swans
Ballet technique for Senior Adults
11:30am – 12:00pm
Creative Movement - Ballet
Young dancers, ages 3-5, can learn the beginnings of ballet technique
Teen/Adult Jazz
Work on jazz technique! Ages 14+
11:30am – 12:15pm
Kids Ballet
Children ages 6-13 can explore the fun of ballet
11:30am – 1:00pm
Adult Ballet Master Class
Recommended for intermediate/advanced level dancers, ages 13+
12:00 – 12:45pm
Teen/Adult Tap
A tap class for all skill levels, ages 14+
12:15 – 12:45pm
Creative Movement - Jazz
Dancers ages 3-5 will move and play as they dance to build coordination and motor skills
Dance with Me
For our littlest dancers (ages 0-2) with their grown-ups
12:30-1:30pm
Groovemeant
A high energy street dance class for all ages
12:45-1:30pm
Move & Groove
An adaptive class for all ages combining many different dance styles to build stamina and well-being
Kids Jazz
Kids ages 6-13 can explore the fundamental steps of jazz technique
Contemporary
This class will blend elements of jazz, ballet and modern technique. For ages 12+
