Eichi Fujita, from Tokyo, Japan, began his training at K-Ballet School under the directorship by Tetsuya Kumakawa (former principal of the Royal Ballet). When he was 19, he moved to European School of Ballet under Jean-Yves Esquerre and Olivier Wecxsteen. In 2023, he joined Europaballett where he danced Peter Breuer’s repertory. After a season, he went back to Japan and trained under Daisuke Takeuchi (former principal of The Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre), Mutsuki Yoshida (former principal of the Moscow Classical Ballet). Then Eichi joined Oklahoma City Ballet as an apprentice in 2025.
