Table host FAQs:
How many fill a table? Ten guests to a table.
What if I can only get a few people to commit to attending? That’s okay. We can fill out your table with other individuals.
What do I do to host a table? We ask that you invite 10-12 individuals. We can provide you with electronic or paper invitations. We ask that you collect contact information for each guest and provide it to OKC Ballet prior to the event. At the luncheon, you will be in charge of distributing donation information to your table. YOU do not have to ask for donations – we will handle that part for you.
What is the minimum donation? We do not have a minimum donation requirement.
What does it cost to attend or host a table? Nothing
