DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES & DIVERSITY
Krystle Kaye (she/her) is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and a community arts leader with over 15 years of experience in arts nonprofit management and cultural planning. Career highlights include managing key sections of the Strategies for Tomorrow Cultural Plan for the Cultural Development Corporation of Central Oklahoma and being a founding team member in the opening of the Oklahoma State University Museum of Art in 2013. As Exhibitions Director at 108|Contemporary, Kaye led the installation of romy owen's Unbearable Absence of Landscape, the region’s largest "knit bomb" project, covering over 3,000 square feet of the gallery's façade. Kaye's dedication to supporting Oklahoma artists continued as Executive Director of the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition, where she introduced new innovative programs and launched the Thrive Grants in collaboration with The Andy Warhol Foundation.
Joining the team in 2022, Kaye currently channels her passion for people and the arts as the Director of Human Resources & Diversity at Oklahoma City Ballet. She also serves on the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society Diversity Council.
