The NSIA professional school collective is offering in-person auditions at their facilities, and students who attend the National Summer Intensive Audition will be considered by all schools in the collective for acceptance to their summer intensives.

How it works

Students choose a city from the audition schedule and register with the host school. The audition is in-person, and the remaining schools will observe the audition via Zoom. The auditions will be recorded so that the observing schools may review the auditions if needed. Students will have the opportunity to select which schools they would like to audition for, however, all schools in the collective may reach out to any students who audition. Students must pre-register and pay the registration fee directly with OKC Ballet. The secondary registration form must be completed in order to be considered by observing schools.

Oklahoma City Ballet's NSIA Audition:

Oklahoma City Ballet's NSIA Audition will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2024.

Audition Fee is $125 (non-refundable).

Check-in times for age groups are as follows:

Ages 11-14:

Check-In: 11:00 am
Audition time: 11:30 am -1:30 pm

Ages 15-16:

Check-In: 1:00 pm
Audition time: 1:30 -3:30 pm

Ages 17-22:

Check-In: 3:00 pm
Audition time: 3:30 - 5:30 pm

Where do I start?

Click the button below. Look for "Summer Intensive 2024 Audition / NSIA" and register under the age the dancer will be at the time of the audition.

If you receive a message that the registration is full, please email summerintensive@okcballet.com to be placed on our waiting list.

When will I receive my results?

Each school will reach out to students with the results of their audition no later than 2 weeks following the final audition. Students may receive results before that deadline.

Safety protocol

At this time only auditioning dancers will be allowed in the Susan E. Brackett Center. No parents or other visitors will be admitted.
