  • Pre-Primary A – Monday
  • Pre-Primary B – Tuesday
  • Primary A – Wednesday

Level Placement Policy: Students will be placed into levels based on age, developmental level, and ability as determined by the Director and their teachers. Advancement is dependent upon attainment of skills, work ethic, and classroom behavior.

  • I/ we the undersigned, acknowledge that by signing this form, and in exchange for the benefits to be received from the Company defined below, agree to the following: 1. I/we recognize and understand the risk of physical injury inherent in dance and dance training, and hereby assume all those risks. 2. I/we hereby release Ballet Oklahoma Inc., an Oklahoma non-profit corporation, d/b/a School of Oklahoma City Ballet (the Company), and all of its trustees, employees, contract parties, agents and invitees of and from any and all liabilities resulting from any accident or injury that may occur during any class, rehearsal audition, or any performance occurring either at the studios of the Company or any performance locations, or otherwise in connection with my/our association with the Company. 3. I/we agree to allow Oklahoma City Ballet unrestricted use of all photographs, video and films taken by or on behalf of Ballet Oklahoma, Inc. for advertising and promotional purposes. 4. I/we understand that it is my responsibility and not that of the Company to safeguard my/our personal property. 5. I/we have read the School of Oklahoma City Ballet student handbook and agree to all School of Oklahoma City Ballet policies and procedures. 6. Upon Enrollment, I/we have the option of paying tuition by credit card or ECH debit from my bank account. At least one form of payment is required to enroll. 7. Tuition payments will be drafted out of my bank account or credit card by the 5th day of every month during the school year for that month of enrollment. If the 5th of the month falls on a weekend, the draft will occur the next business day. 8. I/we may pay by cash or check if I/we prefer to do so. However, I/we must also submit a bank account number or credit card as a back-up option. If cash or check is not received by the 5th day of the month, my account or card will be charged. 9. If the undersigned student is no longer going to attend classes, I /we must notify the Company, with attention to Financial Controller, in writing prior to the 1st of the month, or payment will be drafted from my account for the current month and no refund will be authorized. The required withdrawal form is available at the Ballet offices.
