Skill level does not matter when it comes to health and wellness. This division is about getting active and having fun, so classes are designed for teens and adults of all ages and abilities. Our dance and fitness classes are offered on a drop-in basis at our Susan E. Brackett Dance Center and no formal registration is required. Let’s get moving, OKC!
An hour-long movement class focusing on the fundamentals of traditional modern dance technique while developing strength, coordination, spatial awareness, and an interpersonal connection. This class is open to all levels.
An hour-long introductory ballet class for beginners with no prior experience.
An hour-long vinyasa yoga class, focusing on coordinating breath and movement to flow from one pose to the next. Varying levels of experience are welcome.
An hour-long ballet class for beginners with a small amount of experience.
A 90-minute ballet class for those with moderate experience.
A 90-minute ballet class for those with significant experience. (i.e. extensively involved in dance as a teen, former professional, etc.)
Our Community Division performing ensemble. Selected by audition, the group rehearses once or twice per week and is open to all levels.
