Mr. Jones started dancing at the age of seven at Southold Dance Theater in South Bend Indiana where he trained primarily with Alexei Kremnev and Anna Reznik. In 2008 he participated in the Joffrey ballet’s first trainee program on full scholarship where he performed with the company in works such as Lar Lubovich’s Othello. At the age of nineteen he was offered a contract with Cincinnati Ballet where he performed as corps de ballet for 5 seasons. In his time with Cincinnati Ballet he worked with such notable choreographers as Val Caniparoli, Amedeo Amodio, Adam Hougland, and Trey McIntyre. In 2017, Mr. Jones graduated summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati’s dance program which he attended on full scholarship. Mr. Jones has danced with Oklahoma City Ballet since 2017 and has danced principle roles such as the Cheshire Cat in Septime Webre’s Alice (in Wonderland) and Cavalier in Robert Mills’ The Nutcracker.
