We are so sad to announce that the 2020 Ballet Ball: Plié Springs, originally scheduled for April 3, has been cancelled. After thinking of several scenarios to reschedule, we did the math and found that cancelling the event is the most fiscally-responsible action during this tough period for nonprofits.

But we want to share some much-needed GOOD NEWS. We have contacted all of our wonderful event sponsors and ticket buyers, who have all allowed Oklahoma City Ballet to keep their contributions. Because of their generosity, our losses are not nearly as bad as what they could have been. We are so overwhelmed by the generosity of an understanding community, that we gave these folks a name, they are our ANGELS of the Ballet Ball. We want to recognize their generosity here, in our program, and online, and when social distancing is in the far distance, we will have a fun but no-frills celebration in our studios for our loyal ANGELS.

It’s not too late to become an Angel of the Ballet Ball. Simply buy a ticket or sponsor at any level to help us fill the gap in our budget
