Dave Naquin trained at Ballet Spartanburg in South Carolina and at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. From there, he joined Grand Rapids Ballet, where he performed leading roles such as Siegfried in Mario Radacovsky’s Black and White and Tybalt in Radacovsky’s Romeo and Juliet.

Naquin’s repertoire also includes Ulysses Dove’s Red Angels, Kirk Petersen’s Amazed in Burning Dreams, Brian Enos’ Cold Winters Waiting, Paul Taylor’s Company B, as well as George Balanchine’s The Four Temperaments, Serenade, Who Cares?, and Rubies.

Since joining Oklahoma City Ballet in 2016, Naquin has performed in Agnes De Mille’s Rodeo, Septime Webre’s ALICE (in wonderland), August Bournonville’s La Sylphide, Sarah Tallman’s If These Walls Could Talk as well as Robert Mills’ Our Private Rooms, The Means to Fly, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, and The Nutcracker.
