Dance for Parkinson’s

Oklahoma City Ballet is excited to be partnering with the Parkinson Foundation of Oklahoma to offer a brand new program- Parkinson’s Dance Class! Dance has been proven to be a enjoyable and beneficial way for people with Parkinson’s to work on their balance and mobility while also providing a fun social atmosphere. The hour long class takes participants through different dance movements by sitting, standing, or moving across the floor. Starting Monday, August 6, 2018, Dance for Parkinson’s Classes will be held at the Chesapeake Fitness Center. The Fitness Center is located on N. Western Ave accross from Whole Foods. On the map below, parking is available outside of Building 2 (B2). Take the pathway indicated with red dotted arrows below to the entrance of the Fitness Center. When you arrive, you will be directed to the dance space.
