Nikolas Gaifullin

Mr. Gaifullin is from Sarasota, Florida United States of America. He began his training at the age of 7 with his parents, Stephanie Murrish and Daniil Gaifullin. Mr. Gaifullin joined Oklahoma City Ballet as a soloist in 2021. His repertoire includes works by Johan Kobborg, Yuri Possokhov, Ma Cong, Max Petrov, Ross Freddie Ray, Jiri Kylian, Ricardo Amarante, Tara Lee, Dwight Rhoden, Bruce Wells, Viktor Plotnikov, Ryan Nye, Kiyon Ross, Anthony Krutzkamp, John McFall, and Norbert De La Cruz III. Favorite roles include Tybalt from Romeo and Juliet, James La Sylphide, Drosselmeyer from The Nutcracker, Prince Siegfried in Swan Lake, and Basilio from Don Quixote. Mr. Gaifullin has competed and won awards in Youth America Grand Prix, and World Ballet Competition. In addition, has attended Carreno Festival 2012, American Ballet Theatre Summer Intensive, Canada's National Ballet School and Jacob's Pillow. During the summer of 2015 he studied with Ethan Brown of American Ballet Theatre and Sergiu Stefancshi Canada's National Ballet School. In 2016, he also studied with Anna Marie Holmes at Jacobs Pillow. In the summer of 2019, he participated in the Italy tour of Ross Freddie Ray's Fraudulent Smile with Polunin Ink, and performed the role of Tybalt in Johan Kobborg's Romeo and Juliet in Arena di Verona.
