Jameson Keating

Jameson Keating, originally from Santa Barbara, California, received his early training at Gustafson Dance from Rodney Gustafson, Allison Gustafson, Nicole Comella, Gary McKenzie, and Marina Fliagina. He continued his pre-professional training at Ballet West Academy and Ballet West II from Peter Christie, Adam Sklute, Jeff Rogers, René Daveluy, Olaf Hoefer, Leslie Larson, Stephanie Saland, Pamela Robinson-Harris, and Bruce Caldwell. Keating was part of the The Joffrey Ballet Studio Company and trained with Alexei Kremnev, Anna Reznik, Francisco Avina, Suzanne Lopez, Ronn Stewart, Nicolas Blanc, and Ashley Wheater, followed by extensive training from his coach, Alicia Head.

Keating joined Oklahoma City Ballet’s corps de ballet in 2018 and returned in 2021. His repertoire includes works by George Balanchine, Nicolo Fonte, Cayetano Soto, Ohad Naharin, Gerald Arpino, William Christiansen, and William Soleau, among others. Keating has loved every role he has been cast in, be it classical, contemporary, or character works, and appreciates the opportunity to explore the diversity of Oklahoma City Ballet’s repertoire.
