During his time there, Neumann was trained mostly by Airat Khakimov, Dmitry Afanasiev, Denys Nevidomyy, Ariate Costa, and Amarildo Cassiano. He also had the opportunity to work with Vladimir Vasiliev and Galina Kravchenko.

While at the Bolshoi Theatre School, Neumann performed in Vladimir Vasiliev’s The Nutcracker and Don Quixote’s Grand Suite. Other repertoires include Polovtsian Dances from Opera Prince Igor, William de Almeida’s Kaori, Jomar Mesquita’s Jurei pro Amor um Dia Te Encontrar, and excerpts from ballets such as Raymonda and La Bayadere. In 2018 Neumann graduated in classical dance as part of Ariat Khakimov’s class.

In 2019, Neumann attended Oklahoma City Ballet’s summer intensive and was invited to join Oklahoma City Ballet’s Studio Company for 2019/20 season. During his two seasons in the Studio Company he had the opportunity to perform in Michael Pink’s Dracula and Robert Mills’ The Nutcracker, Romeo & Juliet, The Firebird, and The Little Mermaid. Neumann was promoted to apprentice in 2021. In his first season as apprentice he added works such as Septime Webre’s ALICE (in wonderland) and Ryan Jolicoeur-Nye’s The Sleeping Beauty to his repertoire.
